South Park S16E07: Cartman Finds Love - back to basics.
I'm a bit late on this one - which is clearly devastating to the two people who read this blog - but whatever.

Stop beating successful concepts into the ground until I hate them.
So a network delivers a successful reality TV show that rates through the roof. Fantastic, good for them.
Why do they feel the immediately need to completely bombard the audience with it multiple times a week so they become inherently sick of it?

'Celebrity' reality shows - a flawed premise from the beginning.
For almost every 'successful' reality show, there's a spin off with the word 'Celebrity' prefixed to the title.

South Park S16E06: I Should Never Have Gone Ziplining - Amusing.
I Should Never Have Gone Ziplining was a, erm, interesting episode of South Park.
Presented as one of those re-enacted hellish experience documentaries, it was certainly a fresh take on the narrative - and it was nailed perfectly, causing me to giggle with each cut to the boys as they remembered some insignificant detail of the day.

The Voice Australia - not terrible.
Over the course of the week, I have been exposed to Australia's rendition of The Voice. Not of my own free will, of course, but merely as a hapless bystander as my girlfriend decided to run a TV monopoly.
Normally this would send me running for the nearest gaming console/computer/wall to bash my head against, but none of this happened.
